Abstract Objective To evaluate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nourishing Yin and Tonifying Yang Prescription in the treatment of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of kidney qi deficiency on dynamic multi-parameters of ultrasound.Methods A total of 80 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of kidney qi deficiency admitted to Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number method,they were divided into observation group (40 cases)and control group (40 cases).The control group was treated with Clomiphene Citrate Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Nourishing Yin and Tonifying Yang Prescription on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,follicular development,hormone level,uterine artery blood perfusion and endometrial thickness were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the number of follicles and dominant follicles in the observation group were more than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the luteinizing hormone (LH),follicle stimulating hormone (FSH)and testosterone (T)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the estradiol(E2)was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the pulse pressure index(PI)and resistance index(RI)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nourishing Yin and Tonifying Yang Prescription in the treatment of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of kidney qi deficiency can actively improve the patient's hormone level and uterine artery blood perfusion,promote follicle development,increase endometrial thickness,and improve symptoms,which is worthy of promotion.
