Objective To investigate the effect of Shengqing Jiangzhuo Huazhi Decoction combined with moxibustion in the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) with liver depression and spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation.Methods A total of 300 patients with NASH of liver depression and spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation admitted to Shangrao Second People's Hospital from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group (n=150) and observation group (n=150) according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Silymarin and Polyene Phosphatidyl Choline,and the observation group was treated with Shengqing Jiangzhuo Huazhi Decoction combined with moxibustion.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,liver function indexes,blood lipid indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of loose stool([0.28±0.05]points),feeling trapped and heavy all over the body([0.15±0.03]points),abdominal distension([0.37±0.14]points)and loss of appetite([0.83±0.06]points)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the alanine transaminase ([57.84±5.52] U/L),total bilirubin ([33.81±2.79] μmol/L),aspartate transaminase ([50.61±6.22] U/L),triglyceride ([2.01±0.42] mmol/L),cholesterol ([4.32±0.51]mmol/L)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Shengqing Jiangzhuo Huazhi Decoction combined with moxibustion is effective in the treatment of NASH patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation,which can improve liver function,down-regulate blood lipid indexes,and has fewer adverse reactions and high safety.
