Abstract Objective To observe the effect of precise collaborative nutritional nursing on gestational diabetes patients. Methods A total of 90 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who had regular antenatal check-up in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45)by random number table method. The control group used routine nutritional management for gestational diabetes, the observation group used precise synergistic nutrition management intervention. The score of disease control knowledge, the review rate of oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT),blood glucose control and urinary ketone positive rate of gestational diabetes were compared between the two groups, and the net gain of pregnancy weight, cesarean section rate, macrogynia rate and neonatal hypoglycemia rate were compared between the two groups. Results The score of knowledge mastery,OGTT review rate and blood glucose control rate of gestational diabetes mellitus in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the positive rate of urine ketone, net gain of pregnancy weight, cesarean section rate, macrogynia rate and neonatal hypoglycemia rate were lower than those in control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of precise collaborative nutrition management can prevent pregnant women with gestational diabetes from causing elevated blood sugar,so as to improve pregnancy outcomes.
