中西医结合治疗肝郁脾虚型乙型肝炎肝纤维化的研究进展

Abstract Hepatitis B virus (HBV)is one of the most common causes of hepatic fibrosis (HF)and cirrhosis.Although the treatment of HF caused by HBV can achieve a good virological response,HF still exists and progresses continuously,so the use of anti-HF drugs is still questionable.In recent years,of traditional Chinese medicine has gained certain clinical effect in the treatment of HF based on its unique syndrome identification and treatment,and the treatment of chronic hepatitis B HF with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has become a hot spot.Studies have shown that HF of chronic hepatitis B with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type occurs relatively early,mainly in the early stage of HF (S1)and liver pathological grades G1 and G2,which are important nodes for traditional Chinese medicine to control and reverse HF.This article reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine compound combined with Entecavir,Adefovir Dipivoxil,interferon and Tenofovir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B HF with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency in the past ten years,so as to provide more reference for clinical drug use and new drug research and development.
