间苯三酚注射液联合热敏灸治疗胃脘痛临床疗效观察

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Phloroglucinol Injection combined with hot sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of epigastric pain.Methods A total of 52 patients with epigastric pain admitted to Jiujiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Phloroglucinol Injection,while the observation group was treated with hot sensitive moxibustion.Clinical efficacy,pain intensity,pain duration,and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The pain intensity scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The pain intensity score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The duration of pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The comparison of pain intensity score time,inter group,and interaction between the two groups showed statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).No significant adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion The combination of Phloroglucinol Injection and hot sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of epigastric pain can quickly and effectively alleviate the degree of pain in patients,reduce the duration of pain,and is safe and effective.It is worth promoting.
