Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tiaozhouyijing Decoction combined with estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy in the treatment of infertility with decreased ovarian reserve (DOR).Methods From June 2022 to June 2023,a total of 60 patients diagnosed with DOR infertility in Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital and in line with liver stagnation and kidney deficiency were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)by random number table method.The experimental group was treated with Tiaozhouyijing Decoction combined with estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy,and the control group was treated with estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy,pregnancy rate,related hormone levels (including follicle stimulating hormone [FSH],luteinizing hormone [LH],estradiol [E2],anti-Müllerian hormone[AMH]),and the number of antral follicles were compared between the two groups.Results The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and pregnancy rate in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the number of antral follicles in the experimental group were more than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH and LH in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of E2 and AMH were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH and LH in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of AMH was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in E2 levels between the two groups after treatment (P＞0.05).Conclusion Tiaozhouyijing Decoction combined with estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy can significantly improve the related clinical symptoms of patients,increase the number of antral follicles,increase the pregnancy rate,and regulate the hormone levels.The program has a significant effect on the treatment of DOR infertility.
