吸入性芳香疗法对手术及躯体疾病患者焦虑情绪作用的研究进展

Abstract With the development of society,anxiety has gradually become a common mental state of people,especially the anxiety caused by disease.Although there are many kinds of drugs used to treat anxiety and therapeutic efficacy is good,there are many side effects,which may cause drug dependence and abuse.Inhalation aromatherapy refers to the olfactory receptor recognition of odor molecules through the olfactory pathway to the olfactory cortex,and then to affect the mood.Inhaled aromatherapy is a very simple and relatively inexpensive method that is not limited by time,place,or external conditions.In order to understand the current status of the research on the effects of inhalation aromatherapy on disease-related anxiety,the relevant literatures were consulted,and the possible future research directions were further discussed on the basis of the current research,it provides a new possible angle of view for future research.It can also reduce the use of anti-anxiety drugs,reduce the side effects caused by the drugs,and reduce the dependence and abuse of anti-anxiety drugs.
