坐式八段锦在Standford B 型主动脉夹层患者术后快速康复中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of sitting Baduanjin on the rapid rehabilitation of patients with Standford B Aortic dissection (TBAD).Methods A total of 50 patients with TBAD admitted to Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into observation group (25 cases) and control group (25 cases) according to random number table method.The control group adopted the routine rehabilitation exercise program,and the observation group adopted the routine rehabilitation exercise program combined with sitting Baduanjin.The pain degree,activity of daily living (ADL) scale,exercise endurance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Pain scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the score of observation group was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).One month after discharge,the ADL scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the 6-min walking distance(6MWT)were longer than those before intervention,and the ADL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the 6MWT was longer than that of the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Sitting Baduanjin can effectively relieve pain,improve the ability of activities of daily living,exercise endurance and nursing satisfaction in patients with TBAD after operation.
