宿迁市第一人民医院重点监控药品点评结果分析与思考

Abstract Objective Strengthen the management of key monitoring drugs and promote rational clinical drug use.Methods A list of key monitoring drugs was established.Clinical pharmacists of Suqian First Hospital made reasonable comments on the top 10-20 key monitoring drugs.Multiple departments jointly carried out the rational drug use group review meeting,released the review results through the hospital Intranet,deducted the relevant doctors or departments,and if necessary,the Commission for Discipline Inspection took the lead to interview the relevant personnel.Results Compared with 2019,the proportion of drugs in 2020 decreased from 35.87% to 34.29%,the proportion of key monitoring drugs decreased from 10.81%to 4.47%,and the cost of key monitoring drugs per discharged patient decreased from 676.66 yuan to 297.63 yuan.The per capita cost of discharged patients decreased from 12 783.57 yuan to 11 789.09 yuan,the proportion of essential drugs increased from 29.44% to 32.41%,and the antibiotics use density decreased from 47.39 to 44.17.Conclusion The review of key monitoring drugs can reduce the proportion of drugs,reduce the use of key monitoring drugs,reduce the hospitalization costs of patients,and promote rational clinical drug use.
