维生素B1 联合肠内营养治疗重症脑卒中的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vitamin B1 combined with enteral nutrition in the treatment of severe stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with severe stroke admitted to Pingxiang People's Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,they were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with enteral nutrition,and the study group was treated with vitamin B1.Nutritional indexes(total protein[TP],hemoglobin[Hb],albumin[ALB]),immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG,IgM,and prognosis were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of TP and Hb in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of TP and Hb in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,MDA and SOD levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).The proportion of good prognosis in the study group(47.50%)was higher than that in the control group(15.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of vitamin B1 and enteral nutrition has shown potential benefits in the treatment of severe stroke and may promote patient recovery by improving nutritional indicators and enhancing immune response.
