针刺联合南少林流派滑膜炎方治疗湿热痹阻型膝骨关节炎的应用效果

Abstract Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with synovitis prescription of the Southern Shaolin School in the treatment of dampness-heat arthralgia type knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 60 patients with dampness-heat arthralgia type knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Third Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given oral Celecoxib Capsules,and the observation group was given acupuncture treatment combined with oral synovitis prescription of the Southern Shaolin School.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The corresponding indexes of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the knee swelling degree,knee swelling improvement rate,the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities (WOMAC)scores were calculated.Results After treatment,the knee swelling degree and WOMAC score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the knee swelling improvement rate was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significances (P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with the synovitis prescription of the Southern Shaolin School is effective in the treatment of dampness-heat arthralgia type knee osteoarthritis,which can effectively reduce knee swelling pain and improve knee movement function.
