Abstract Objective To evaluate the effect of phased nursing intervention in CT-guided 3D retro-radiotherapy in patients with primary treatment for locally advanced cervical cancer. Methods A total of 68 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer admitted to Jiujiang Third People's Tumor Hospital from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the different hospitalization time, they were divided into the study group(July to December 2020)and the control group (January to June 2021),with 34 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were treated with four-field box radiation and 3D retro-radiotherapy,the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the study group was treated with phased nursing intervention. The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),visual analog scale (VAS),piper fatigue scale-revised (PFS-R)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of SAS,SDS,VAS and PFS-R after nursing in the two groups were lower than before nursing in the same group, the scores of SAS,SDS,VAS and PFS-R in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with early locally advanced cervical cancer, nursing intervention is a necessary step, especially in the receiving of CT-guided 3D retro-radiotherapy Phased nursing intervention can alleviate patients'mental stress, alleviate patients'pain and cancer fatigue, and improve patients'nursing satisfaction.
