Abstract Objective To analyze the effect of Sevoflurane combined with Esketamine in the high ligation of the hernia sac in children with oblique inguinal hernia under endoscopy. Methods Eighty-two children with 2021 hernia inguinal hernia underwent high ligation from March to July 2022 in Jiangxi Children's Hospital, they were divided into control group(n=41)and observation group (n=41)according to random number table method. The control group was anesthetized with Propofol combined with Esketamine, and the observation group was anesthetized with Sevoflurane combined with Esketamine. The hemodynamic changes, postoperative recovery, postoperative agitation and nausea were compared between the two groups at each time point. Results The mean arterial pressure and heart rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 5 min after anesthesia(T1),5 min after surgery(T2),and after surgery(T3)(P<0.05).The dosage of Esketamine, anesthesia time and recovery time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (24.39%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane combined with Esketamine is more effective in the management of inguinal hernia hernia sac in children undergoing laparoscopic high ligation. It has less effect on blood pressure and heart rate, and is beneficial to the stability of Hemodynamics,it has high application value to shorten the time of waking up and reduce the incidence of restlessness in waking period.
