Abstract Objective To explore the status quo of female patients with knee osteoarthritis and analyze the influence of different factors on the degree of knee pain and knee function.Methods A total of 449 female patients with knee osteoarthritis who were admitted to Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Xishan District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Wuxi from January 2020 to December 2022 were studied.The effects of age,course of disease,Body mass index,abortion history and pregnancy history on knee osteoarthritis pain were analyzed.The effects of different pregnancy times and abortion times on knee osteoarthritis pain and knee function were compared.Results The increase of pregnancy,abortion and age were the aggravating factors (P<0.05).The increased number of pregnancies,the increased number of abortions and the increase of age were also the factors affecting the knee function of female knee osteoarthritis (P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnancy,abortion and age are important factors leading to pain and decreased knee function of female knee osteoarthritis,and it is necessary to pay attention to its influence and related factors management in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
