Abstract Objective To explore the influencing factors of coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension. Methods A total of 60 patients with coronary heart disease combined with hypertension from December 2019 to December 2021 in Pingxiang People's Hospital were selected as the observation group and 60 patients with simple coronary heart disease were selected as the control group. The basic and clinical data of the two groups were compared to analyze the risk factors of coronary heart disease combined with hypertension. Results There were no significant differences in occupational and educational level between the two groups (P>0.05).The proportion of age≥65 years old, smoking, pulse pressure>40 mmHg and serum lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2)>175 ng/ml in observation group were higher than thosein control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that patients'age≥65 years old(β=1.121,OR=4.157,95%CI=2.186-5.499),smoking(β=1.341,OR=2.103,95%CI=1.472-3.284),pulse pressure>40 mmHg (β=1.127,OR=3.861,95%CI=2.049-4.867),and serum Lp-PLA2 level>175 ng/ml (β=1.378,OR=1.984,95%CI=1.453-3.241)were independent risk factors for coronary heart disease combined with hypertension(P<0.05).Conclusion Age≥65 years old, smoking, pulse pressure>40 mmHg and serum Lp-PLA2 level>175 ng/ml are independent risk factors of coronary heart disease combined with hypertension, which can provide accurate theoretical basis for early non-invasive prediction of clinical features and prognosis of coronary heart disease combined with hypertension.
