Objective To explore the application effect of external application of Fushen Powder combined with high colon dialysis in chronic renal failure.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with chronic renal failure diagnosed and treated in the Department of Nephrology,the Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Southwest Medical University from January 2020 to May 2022 were retrospectively explored.The patients treated with high colon dialysis were set as the control group(30 cases),and the patients treated with Fushen Powder combined with high colon dialysis were set as the observation group(30 cases).The total effective rate and the levels of blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),uric acid(UA)of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).The levels of BUN,Scr and UA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of external application of Fushen Powder combined with high colon dialysis is better than that of high colon dialysis.External application of Fushen Powder combined with high colon dialysis is an effective method for the treatment of chronic renal failure.
