针对性管理措施在尿液检验中的临床应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore and analyze the clinical application effect of targeted management measures in urine test.Methods A total of 66 patients with urinary tract infection who underwent routine urine examination in the Eastern Theater Air Force Hospital from March 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(33 cases)and observation group (33 cases)by random number table method.Patients in the control group were managed by routine urine test,while patients in the observation group were managed by targeted management.The defect samples,test time,test times,satisfaction level and recognition degree of the two groups were compared.Results The proportion of improper collection time,contaminated,unqualified containers,unclear labeling,delayed delivery and insufficient sample size in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The test time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the actual number of urine tests received was less than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total compliance of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Targeted management measures for patients undergoing urine testing have significant effect,can improve the quality of urine sample management,shorten the time required for urine testing,and reduce the number of actual urine testing,which is suitable for clinical implementation and development.
