ObjectiveTo explore the effect of family intervention on the quality of life of patients with gouty arthritis.MethodsIn Guangzhou City,Liwan District Hualin street community health service center of patients with gouty arthritis in 200 cases,the object of study selected time for the January 2016 to December,were grouped according to their different ways of intervention,the contrat group and experimental group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group

received：routine nursing intervention,the experimental group received the intervention of the family doctor,compared two groups of gouty arthritis patients of intervention effectiveness and quality of life.ResultsThe two groups of patients with gouty arthritis after intervention than before intervention to improve the quality of life,improve the quality of life in the experimental group than control group(P＜0.05);the total efficiency after the intervention ofthe experimental group(92.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(64.00%),P＜0.05.ConclusionIntervention by family physicians of patients with gouty arthritis，can promote the clinical symptoms，improve the environment，social，psychological,physiological and related quality of life,so that patients can maintain a more positive state of treatment,improve the prognosis.
