我院2016年米索前列醇的不良反应情况与用药安全分析

Abstract ObjectiveTo compare the adverse reactions of Misoprostol in our hospital in 2016 and the past four years (2012-2015),and to understand the current status of adverse reactions of Misoprostol in our hospital,so as to make suggestions for the future clinical safety medication,and to promote the reasonable application of Misoprostol.MethodsThe information of adverse reactions of Misoprostol in our hospital in 2016 and the past four years(2012-2015)was collected, retrospectively analyzed and compared in table.ResultsIn the past four years(2012-2015),only 1 case of Misoprostol induced adverse reactions was reported in 2015,and the type of reaction was moderate.5 cases were reported in 2016,and the number of cases showed a sharp upward trend,and the adverse reactions were all new moderate adverse reactions.The reasons for the increase in the number of cases might be related to the continuous improvement of the monitoring work of adverse reactions,the increasingly wide use of drugs,the clinical route of administration,and patients′medication.ConclusionDue to the increase in the number of adverse reactions and the emergence of new types of adverse reactions,it is necessary to strengthen the medication safety works of Misoprostol.
