Abstract Objective To investigate the application effect of iron dextran combined with erythropoietin in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy.Methods From January 2019 to January 2021,a total of 80 patients with iron-deficiency anemia during pregnancy admitted to Shangrao People's Hospital were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)by block randomized grouping method.The patients in the control group were treated with erythropoietin,and the patients in the observation group were treated with erythropoietin+iron dextran.The clinical efficacy,reticulocyte (RET) count and clustering index,anemia index and iron index were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemoglobin content and low fluorescence ratio of RET in observation group after treatment were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).RET percentage of observation group was lower than that of control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The mean corpuscular volume and hemoglobin index in observation group were higher than those in control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of hemojuvelin and hepcidin-25 in observation group after treatment were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).The soluble transferrin receptor value in observation group was lower than that in control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Erythropoietin combined with iron dextran in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in pregnancy can significantly improve the overall treatment efficiency,improve the anemia index,iron index and RET count and grouping index,which is suitable for reference.
