Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of transumbilical single incision platform-free laparoscopic unilateral salpingectomy in the treatment of tubal pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 108 patients who underwent surgical treatment for tubal pregnancy in Fujian Provincial Maternity and Children's Hospital from April 2020 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the surgical method, they were divided into the study group (transumbilical single incision platform-free laparoscopic unilateral salpingectomy,52 cases)and the control group(unilateral salpingectomy under multiport laparoscopy,56 cases). The volume of pelvic blood accumulation, intraoperative blood loss, operation time, postoperative anal exhaust time, postoperative hospitalization time, hospitalization cost, and postoperative blood β-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) negative time were compared between the two groups. The facial expression scale was used to evaluate the pain status at 24 hours after the operation, and the incision satisfaction was evaluated with the Kiyak satisfaction scale at 2 months after the operation. Results There were no significant differences in the amount of pelvic blood accumulation, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospitalization time, hospitalization cost, and bloodβ-HCG negative conversion time between the two groups (P>0.05).The 24 h postoperative pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the exhaust time was shorter than that of the control group, and the incision satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Transumbilical single incision platform-free laparoscopic unilateral salpingectomy for tubal pregnancy is safe and effective, with a beautiful incision, high patient satisfaction, and rapid recovery, which is worthy of clinical application.
