Abstract Objective To study the effect of Sodium Nitroprusside combined with Dopamine on cardiorenal function in patients with acute heart failure. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with acute heart failure admitted to Beijing Armed Police Corps Hospital from January 2016 to December 2020 were selected retrospectively as the research objects.According to the treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Sodium Nitroprusside on the basis of routine diuretic and cardiac therapy. The observation group was treated with Dopamine on the basis of the control group. The vital signs, hemodynamics, renal function and therapeutic effect of two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the systolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the heart rate was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Sodium Nitroprusside combined with Dopamine is helpful to stabilize the vital signs of patients, improve hemodynamics, promote renal function recovery, and improve the therapeutic effect.
