3＋1整体康复护理在阿尔茨海默病患者中的应用价值

Abstract Objective To explore application value of 3＋1 holistic rehabilitation nursing in patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods A total of 97 patients with Alzheimer's disease admitted to the Department of Geriatrics of Shenyang Jing'an Mental Health Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were retrospectively selected as the study objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into the 3＋1 holistic rehabilitation nursing group (50 cases)and the routine nursing group (47 cases).The routine nursing group was given the routine nursing measures,the 3＋1 holistic rehabilitation nursing group implemented the 3＋1 holistic rehabilitation nursing measures on the basis of the routine nursing group.The dementia scores,cognitive function scores,depression status scores,daily living ability scores and emotional apathy status scores of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the dementia scores,cognitive function scores,depressive state scores between two groups (P＞0.05).After intervention,the dementia scores,cognitive function scores,depressive state scores of two group patients were lower than those before intervention,and dementia score,cognitive function score,depressive state score of 3＋1 holistic rehabilitation nursing group were lower than those of routine nursing group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the daily living ability scores and emotional apathy scores between two groups (P＞0.05).After intervention,the daily living ability scores of two groups were higher than those before intervention,the emotional apathy scores of two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the daily living ability score of 3＋1 holistic rehabilitation nursing group was higher than that of routine nursing group,emotional apathy score of 3＋1 holistic rehabilitation nursing group was lower than that of routine nursing group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of 3＋1 holistic rehabilitation nursing in patients with Alzheimer's disease can improve clinical symptoms and bad emotions,improve cognitive function and daily living ability,and alleviate emotional apathy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
