多学科团队协作在降低危重患者导尿管相关尿路感染发生率中的应用效果

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle on reducing the incidence of catheter-associated urinary tract infection(CAUTI)in critically ill patients based on multidisciplinary team cooperation.Methods A total of 721 critically ill patients with indwelling catheterization in the First People′s Hospital of Changzhou from January to December 2019 were selected as the control group,and routine nursing intervention was implemented.A total of 599 critically ill patients with indwelling catheterization admitted from October 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the intervention group,and a multidisciplinary team was established to implement quality control circle management.The incidence of CAUTI and hand hygiene of medical staff were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of CAUTI in the intervention group was 1.26‰,which was lower than 4.22‰ in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The implementation of hand hygiene and the qualified rate of hand hygiene microorganisms of medical staff after the management of multidisciplinary team collaboration quality control circle were better than those before the management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control circle activities established by multidisciplinary team cooperation model can effectively reduce the incidence of CAUTI in ICU patients,and the maintenance effect is good.
