Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with massive open online course(MOOC)and automatic delivery system in normal delivery teaching in obstetrics and gynecology departmenty.Methods From May 2018 to July 2020,a total of 74 intern nursing students who participated in normal childbirth teaching in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Shenzhen University General Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(37 cases)and the observation group(37 cases)according to the random number table method.All of them were given flipped classroom teaching,and the control group was given MOOC teaching on this basis.The observation group was combined with the automatic delivery system teaching method on the basis of the control group.The teaching effect and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,operation skills,mastery of normal childbirth,independent problem-solving ability,teamwork ability and thinking ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of flipped classroom+MOOC and automatic delivery system teaching can effectively improve the success rate of normal delivery,and further improve the teaching quality and teaching satisfaction
