Clinical value analysis of speckle tracking imaging in evaluation of changes of cardiac function in pregnancy-induced hypertension patients in different pregnancy phase |

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical value of speckle tracking imaging(STI)in evaluation of changes of cardiac function in pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH)patients in different pregnancy phase.Methods62 PIH patients in our hospital from July 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the observation group,and 62 pregnant women with pregnancy examination were selected as the control group at the same time.The imaging of left ventricular cardiac base (MV)level,apex(AP)level of two groups were collected,and which was analyzed by STI.The rotation angle,twist angle of the two groups in different pregnancy phase were compared.ResultsThe peak value of twist angle(Ptw),peak apical rotation angle(Prot-AP)of the observation group in early,mid-pregnancy phase were larger than those of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with early pregnancy phase,the Ptw,Prot-AP value of the observation group and the control group in mid-pregnancy increased,and the Prot-AP value in late phase decreased,with significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with mid-pregnancy phase,the Ptw value of late pregnancy phase in the two groups increased,with sig nificant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant differencein the peak rotation-MV(Prot-MV),peak time-MV(Pti-MV) levelsintheeachphase between the two groups(P>0.05).The percent of peak time-MV(Perc-Pti-MV)in early pregnancy,midpregnancy,late pregnancy,Perc-Pti-MV,Pti-AP in late pregnancy phase of the observation group were larger than those of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionThe early application of STI in PIH patients can effectively observe left ventricular torsion and rotation motion,facilitate early evaluation of cardiac function of PIH patients.
