| Application effect of mobile terminal health service platform management in young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of mobile terminal health service platform management in young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 136 middle-aged and young patients with type 2 diabetes received by Department of Ji'an Central People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 68 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the research group adopted mobile terminal based health service platform management based on the control group.Blood glucose index,self-management ability,satisfaction and other indicators were compared between the two groups.Results Before management,there were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups (P＞0.05).After management,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were lower than those before management,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The scores of blood glucose monitoring,compliance with medical drugs,diet control and regular exercise in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The management effect based on the mobile terminal health service platform is significant,which has positive significance for the blood sugar control of young and middle-aged patients with type 2 diabetes.It can improve the patients' blood sugar indicators,enhance the patients' self-health management ability,and increase their nursing satisfaction.
