| Construction and application effect of cluster nursing strategy in operating room in otoendoscopic tympanoplasty |

Abstract Objective To explore the construction and application effect of cluster evidence-based nursing strategy in operating room under otoendoscopic tympanoplasty.Methods A total of 60 patients with otoendoscopic tympanoplasty treated in Yichun People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing in the operating room,and the observation group established and implemented cluster evidence-based nursing.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding,hospitalization time,and total complication rate and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 23.33% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The score of nursing quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion In the operating room nursing of patients with otoendoscopic tympanoplasty,the construction and implementation of cluster evidence-based nursing can shorten the operation time and hospital stay,reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of nursing.
