3.0T磁共振多参数成像在乳腺癌新辅助化疗中的应用价值

Abstract Objective To explore the application value of 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) multiparameter imaging in the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) in breast cancer.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with breast cancer admitted to Xinyu People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the efficacy of NAC,the patients were divided into significant effect group (n=23) and non-significant effect group (n=37).Both groups underwent multi-parameter MRI examination.The changes of maximum diameter (LD),apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC),early enhancement rate (E) and maximum enhancement rate (PE) (ΔLD,ΔADC,ΔE,ΔPE) were compared between the two groups.The ROC curve was used to analyze the application value of MRI multi-parameter change rate in NAC efficacy.Results After NAC,ΔLD,ΔADC,ΔE,and ΔPE in the significant effect group were higher than those in the non-significant effect group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve (0.871) and sensitivity (91.30%) of the combined prediction of MRI multi-parameter change rate were the highest,and the specificity of ΔADC prediction was the highest(91.89%).Conclusion The clinical value of 3.0T magnetic resonance multiparameter imaging in evaluating the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer patients is high,and it is an important clinical predictor.
