莫匹罗星软膏涂抹切口加无菌纱布包裹在包皮环切术后患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of Mopirocin Ointment applied to incision and sterile gauze wrapping in patients after circumcision.Methods A total of 123 patients who underwent circumcision with disposable circumcision suture device in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao Binhai University and the Third People's Hospital of Qingdao from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects for retrospective analysis.They were divided into the control group (58 cases) and the observation group (65 cases) according to different local treatment methods of incision.The incision of patients in the control group were wrapped with Vaseline gauze lined with sterile gauze,the incision of patients in the observation group were coated with Mupirocin Ointment and wrapped with sterile gauze.Both groups were wrapped with self-adhesive bandages.The pain score and time of dressing change on the second day after operation,edema score on the 10th day after operation,the incidence of postoperative hematoma,the incidence of postoperative infection,the rate of nail removal at 1 month after operation and patient satisfaction score at 3 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The dressing change time of the patients of the observation group on the second day after operation was shorter than that of the control group,the pain score of dressing change,the edema score on the 10th day after operation,and the incidence of postoperative infection of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in the incidence of postoperative hematoma,the nail removal rate at 1 month after operation and the patient satisfaction score at 3 months after operation (P＞0.05).Conclusion The application of Mopirocin Ointment applied to incision and sterile gauze wrapping after circumcision can significantly alleviate the pain of patients,reduce the probability of infection and reduce edema,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
