| Rehabilitation effect of Pramipexole combined with Dopashydrazine Tablets and standardized rehabilitation therapy on Parkinson's disease |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of Pramipexole combined with Dopashydrazine Tablets and standardized rehabilitation therapy on patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with Parkinson's disease admitted to the Department of Neurology of Jinqiu Hospital from May 2017 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the comparison group (40 cases) and the experimental group (40 cases) according to the random number table method.The comparative group was treated with the combination of Dopasehydrazine Tablets and standardized rehabilitation.The experimental group was treated with the combination of Pramipexol,Dopasehydrazine Tablets and standardized rehabilitation.The clinical efficacy,mental status (mini-mental state examination [MMSE]),cognitive function (Montreal cognitive assessmen [MoCA]),motor function (Part Ⅲof unified Parkinson's disease rating scale [UPDRS Ⅲ]),inflammatory indicators (C-reaction protein [CRP],tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α]) before and after treatment and incidence rate of adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the comparative group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of MMSE,MoCA,UPDRSⅢ,the levels of CRP,TNF-α of two groups before treatment (P＞0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the scores of MMSE,MoCA in the experimental group were higher than those in the comparative group,the scores of UPDRSⅢand CRP,TNF-α in the experimental group were lower than those in the comparative group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions of two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion Prasol combined with Dopashydrazine Tablets can improve the mental state,cognitive function and motor function of patients with Parkinson's disease and reduce inflammatory damage.
