快速康复理念在泌尿外科经阴道自然腔道内镜手术肾切除术围术期护理的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery (EARs) concept on perioperative nursing of patients undergoing urological surgery with transvaginal natural cavity endoscopic surgery(NOTES).Methods A total of 40 cases of patients with transvaginal NOTES nephrectomy who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group (n=18) and research group (n=22) according to different nursing methods.The indexes of the first postoperative exhaust time，the postoperative time of getting out of bed，the postoperative eating time，the postoperative complication rate，the postoperative hospital stay，and the patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time of the first postoperative exhaustion，the time of getting out of bed，the time of first eating after the operation，and the time of postoperative hospital stay in the research group were shorter than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the research group was 4.55%，which was lower than 27.78% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the research group was 95.45%，which was higher than 77.78% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of health education and nursing model under the concept of EARs in perioperative care of patients undergoing transvaginal NOTES nephrectomy can promote the postoperative rehabilitation process of patients，reduce the incidence of complications and improve patients nursing satisfaction.
