内镜下套扎联合奥美拉唑治疗肝硬化合并上消化道出血的效果

Abstract Objective To observe the efficacy of endoscopic ligation combined with Omeprazole in the treatment of liver cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 82 patients with liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who were treated in Pingxiang Ganxi Cancer Hospital were selected as research objects from May 2017 to May 2020, and they were divided into observation group (42 cases) and control group (40 cases) according to the coin tossing method. The control group was given endoscopic ligation, while the observation group was treated with endoscopic ligation combined with Omeprazole. The efficacy, clinical indicators and liver function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). The blood transfusion volume of the patients in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the hemostasis time,symptom relief time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). The levels of serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and total bilirubin (TBil) after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic ligation combined with Omeprazole has a significant efficacy in the treatment of liver cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal bleeding, and it can quickly stop bleeding, improve liver function, accelerate recovery of patients and reduce hospital stay.
