外阴白色病变的发病机制及治疗的研究进展

Abstract White lesions of the vulva is a group of chronic lesions with hypopigmentation and degeneration of the skin and mucosal tissues of the vulva, including squamous hyperplasia of vulva, vulva lichen sclerosus and other skin diseases. Clinical manifestations of vulva pruritus and skin mucous membrane thickening or atrophy, repeated scratching thickening can be barklike change, or atrophy in ivory sheep-skinlike change, severe can lead to vulva shape change,vaginal contracture. The pruritus symptom and the destruction of vulva structure seriously affect the quality of life and physical and mental health of patients. And delay does not heal, need repeated treatment. The etiology of this disease is unknown, and the possible pathogenesis is mainly related to immune factors, genetic inheritance, inflammatory infection, cell proliferation and apoptosis. In recent years, glucocorticoid is the first choice to control pruritus and has good curative effect. Other drugs and physical therapy can be used when glucocorticoid therapy fails. Chinese and English literatures on white lesions of the vulva were searched, and the following review was summarized and formed, hoping to provide reference for clinicians in diagnosis and treatment.
