维生素D在预防妊娠期糖尿病中的应用研究进展

Abstract Gestational diabetes mellitus is a common complication of pregnancy, which can cause many adverse pregnancy outcomes, such as premature delivery, macrosomia, premature rupture of membranes, neonatal hypoglycemia,polyhydramnios and cesarean section. The incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus in China is increasing, which has seriously threatened maternal and infant health. Vitamin D has been found to maintain a normal range of glucose tolerance and improve insulin sensitivity. During pregnancy, pregnant women′s demand for vitamin D increases 4-5 times under the action of hormone levels and fetal bone growth and development, especially in the first trimester, the incidence of vitamin D deficiency is higher. Vitamin D supplementation during pregnancy can effectively reduce the risk of gestational diabetes, reduce the incidence of maternal and infant adverse outcomes, and provide a guarantee for the safety of pregnancy. This article reviews the recent studies on the relationship between vitamin D and pregnancy outcomes of gestational diabetes mellitus, included the effect of different doses of vitamin D deficiency, different ways of supplementation, different time of supplementation, and combined with different adjuvant therapy on the incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus and maternal and infant outcomes, to provide a scientific basis for the clinical application of vitamin D in improving adverse maternal and infant outcomes of gestational diabetes mellitus.
