带线钛夹在内镜黏膜下剥除术治疗大肠侧向发育型肿瘤中的应用效果

Abstract

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of dental floss traction in endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD) of laterally developing colorectal tumors (LST). Methods A total of 78 patients with sigmoidous colon or rectal LST treated in Jiujiang No.1 People′s Hospital from July 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into routine group (40 cases) and traction group (38 cases) by stratified randomization according to the location of the lesions. The routine group was treated with ESD, and the traction group was treated with dental floss traction assisted ESD. The diameter of stripping lesion, mean time of lesion removal, en bloc resection rate, complete resection rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The mean time of lesion removal in traction group was shorter than that in routine group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The en bloc resection rate of traction group was higher than that of routine group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). There were no significant differences in the complete resection rate of lesions and the incidence of related complications between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion The dental floss traction can significantly shorten the removal time of ESD for colorectal laterally spreading tumor, it has strong secunity and effectiveness.
