腹腔镜联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果及对患者卵巢功能的影响

Abstract ObjectiveTo probe into the effect of laparoscopy combined with gestrinone in treatment of endometriosis and influence of patients with ovarian function.Methods150 cases of patients with endometriosis and who accepted treatments in our hospital from December 2014 to February 2016 were selected,and according to the different treatment methods were divided into control group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group.Patients of the control group were treated with laparoscopic surgery,while in the observation group,on the basis of treatment in the control group,they were treated with oral administration of gestrinone.Then,the clinical efficacy and the changes of patients in the two groups were compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference in operation time and blood loss during the operation between the two groups(P＞0.05).The hospitalization time in the observation group was(6.7±1.7)d,which was significantly better than that in the control group[(8.7±1.5)d](P＜0.05);the clinical effective rate in the observation group was 98.7%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(89.3%)(P＜0.05);the recovery of ovarian function was significantly better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with gestrinone in treatment of endometriosis and influence of patients with ovarian function is good,which can improve the function of the ovary,and the effect is better than the patients with laparoscopic surgery.
