Abstract Objective To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) treated by intradermal acupuncture point combined with hand Taiyin lung by scraping.Methods A total of 60 COPD patients treated in Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The two groups of patients were treated with intradermal acupuncture point combined with hand Taiyin lung scraping treatment, the control group was treated with routine nursing, and the treatment group was treated with evidence-based nursing intervention based on the control group, and the application effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of clinical main symptoms and St George′s respiratory questionnaire (SGPQ) in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the number of acute exacerbations within half a year in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P＜0.05). The 6-min walking distance in the treatment group was longer than that in the control group, and the treatment compliance rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P＜0.05). Conclusion Through the treatment of COPD patients with intradermal acupuncture point combined with hand Taiyin lung scraping treatment, at the same time with evidencebased nursing, can effectively alleviate the symptoms of COPD patients, improve respiratory function and quality of life,improve the ability of daily life of COPD patients, nursing effect is significant, worthy of further promotion.
