| Application effect of Internet-based medical-nursing integration mode in pediatric fracture |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of Internet-based medical-nursing integration mode in pediatric fracture. Methods A total of 82 children with fracture admitted to Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The children in the control group received routine nursing, while the children in the observation group received continuous nursing care for 2 weeks based on the combination of Internet-based medical and nursing integration model. The postoperative indicators, pain, negative emotions,postoperative complications, rehabilitation level and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the treatment cost was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After 2 weeks of nursing, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and visual analogue scale(VAS) of the two groups were lower than those before surgery, and the observation group was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of joint stiffness, ischemic muscle spasm and wound infection between the two groups (P>0.05). Two months after operation, the elbow range of motion (ROM) and Newcastle nursing service satisfaction scale (NSNS) scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Internet-based medical-nursing integration mode can improve postoperative pain, promote functional recovery and improve satisfaction evaluation in fractures children.
