鼻整形手术中应用自体肋软骨移植构建鼻尖软骨复合体的安全性及有效性

Abstract Objective To discuss the safety and effectiveness analysis of autologous costal cartilage transplantation to construct nasal tip cartilage complex in nasal plastic surgery. Methods A total of 148 patients who underwent rhinoplasty in Suizhou High Tech Industrial Park Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects, and divided into the control group (treated with expanded polytetrafluoroethylene) with 74 cases and the study group (treated with autologous costal cartilage transplantation to construct nasal tip cartilage complex) with 74 cases according to random number table method. The measured values of nasal aesthetic angle (nasal lip angle, nasal face angle, frontal nasal angle and nasal dorsal height) and patient satisfaction (nasal shape, nasal height and overall satisfaction) before and after rhinoplasty and postoperative complications of two groups were compared. Results The nasal labial angle, nasal facial angle and frontal nasal angle of the study group after rhinoplasty were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the nasal dorsal height after rhinoplasty (P＞0.05). After rhinoplasty, the scores of nasal shape, nasal heightand overall satisfaction of the study group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications of the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion For patients undergoing rhinoplasty, the surgical treatment of constructing nasal tip cartilage complex with autologous costal cartilage transplantation can effectively improve the nasal morphology. After rhinoplasty, the patients are satisfied with high satisfaction and less complications, which is worthy of reference.
