子午流注择时大黄芒硝穴位贴敷在无创通气相关性腹胀中的应用效果

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of acupoint application of Rhubarb and Glauber's salt on noninvasive ventilation-related abdominal distension at the appointed time (7:00-9:00). Methods A total of 75 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and abdominal distension using noninvasive ventilation admitted to Jurong City People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as research objects, they were divided into control group (37 cases) and observation group (38 cases) according to random number table method.Both groups received acupoint application of Rhubarb and Glauber's salt on the basis of routine nursing.The application time of acupoints in the control group was any time during hospitalization, avoid the time period of 7:00-9:00, while the observation group used acupoint application at 7:00-9:00, the efficacy of abdominal distension, abdominal distension symptom score, immune indexes and blood gas were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results The total effective rate of abdominal distension after intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the abdominal distension symptom score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After intervention, the procalcitonin (PCT) and C-reactive protein(CRP) the observation group were lower than those before intervention, the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in PCT and CRP in the control group before and after intervention (P＞0.05).PCT and CRP in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment, there were no significant differences in partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2), partial pressure of carbon dioxide in artery (PaCO2) between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of Rhubarb and Glauber's salt can effectively improve non-invasive ventilation-related abdominal distension and adjust the level of inflammatory factors, but the effect of ventilation needs further verification.
