基于循证理念的手术室感染护理对老年髋关节置换术后患者感染发生情况的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of implementing evidence-based concept of operating room infection care on infection in elderly patients after hip replacement.Methods The clinical data of 108 patients who underwent hip arthroplasty in Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from July 2018 to August 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and 54 patients were treated as the control group during the routine nursing period from July 2018 to January 2020.Fifty-four patients admitted during the implementation of evidence-based concept of operating room infection care from February 2020 to August 2021 were set as the observation group.The length of stay,qualified rate of infection detection in operating room,total incidence of infection and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The length of hospitalization in the observation group was (14.82±2.53) d,shorter than that in the control group of (19.24±3.72) d,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the qualified rate of air and sterile bags in the operating room between the two groups (P＞0.05).The qualified rates of hand,disinfectant and object surface detection in the observation group were 98.15%,94.44% and 92.59%,respectively,higher than 83.33%,77.78% and 75.93% of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of infection in the observation group was 7.41%,lower than that in the control group(22.22%),and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.15%,higher than that of the control group (83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The operating room infection nursing based on evidence-based concept can effectively improve the qualified rate of infection detection in the operating room,reduce the infection rate,and obtain higher nursing satisfaction.
