骨水泥注入治疗在骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折中的应用效果

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of bone cement injection in osteoporotic spinal compression fractures.Methods80 patients with osteoporotic spinal compression fractures admitted from January to December in 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the sparse group and the intensive group,40 cases in each group.The sparse group was injected with bone cement in the dilated vertebral vein,while the intensive group was injected bone cement in the vein concentrated area.The parameters of vertebral body,pain,daily living ability and bone cement leakage were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.ResultsThere was no significant difference in the spine height and Cobb anglebetween the two groups(P＞0.05).The VAS scores and OLBPDQ scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,with significant difference(P＜0.01).The VAS scores and OLBPDQ scores of the sparse group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the intensive group,with significant difference(P＜0.01).The incidence rate of total cement leakage in the sparse group was 22.5%,which was significantly lower than that in the intensive group(47.5%),with significant difference(P＜0.05).ConclusionIt is better to inject bone cement in sparse vertebral vein in osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,and the leakage rate is lower.
