Effect of CT imaging in the diagnosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of computer tomography(CT)imaging in the diagnosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 75 patients with suspected hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from May 15, 2017 to May 15, 2018 were selected as the observation group, and 75 healthy participants for physical examinations in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. They were performed with CT examinations. The blood flow signal indicators such as blood flow (BF), blood volume (BV), permeability surface (PS) of the two groups were compared in order to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of CT imaging diagnosis in determining the bleeding site and its diagnostic value. Results The blood flow signals such as BF, BV, and PS of the observation group were (23.96±5.71) ml/(100 g·min), (0.52±0.13) ml/100 g, and (0.56±0.09) ml/100 g, which were lower than those of the control group, (61.23±9.56) ml/(100 g·min), (2.56±0.42) ml/100 g, and (14.56±2.74) ml/100 g, respectively (P<0.05). The accuracy rate of CT imaging in diagnosis of thalamic hemorrhage was 95.24%, that of hemorrhage of capsula externa was 87.50%, that of hemorrhage of capsula interna was 100.00%, that of hemorrhage of putamen was 94.74%, and that of hemorrhage of cerebellum area was 100.00%. The sensitivity, specificity, missed diagnosis rate, and misdiagnosis rate of CT diagnosis for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were 95.16%, 92.31%, 4.84% and 7.69%. Conclusion In the diagnosis of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, the use of CT imaging has a high diagnostic accuracy.
