新冠肺炎医疗机构医院感染预防与控制策略

Abstract The ongoing COVID-19 outbreak has spread rapidly on a global scale and posed great threat to global public health.The virus mainly spreads via aerial droplets,direct contact and aerosol transmission.Patients and medical staff involved in the treatment all have the potential risk of cross infection in hospitals.Therefore,it was very important to take appropriate measures to prevent and control infection.The Fifth People′s Hospital of Chongqing is designated hospitals for COVID-19 treatment.Based on our former experience in preventing and controlling the COVID-19 in medical institutions,this essay mainly introduces some strategies and measures,including ward planning,staff training,disinfection isolation,medical waste management,etc.We implements various prevention and control measures strictly,which can reduce the risk of the spread of the new coronary pneumonia virus,lower the number of infectious patients and medical staff,prevent the occurrence of hospital infections,and achieve ″zero infection″ goal in the hospital.
