临床护理路径在神经科痉挛性瘫痪患者改良PICC置管中的效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathways (CNP) in neurological spastic paralysis patients with improved peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC).Methods From January to December 2019,a total of 102 patients with spastic paralysis admitted to the department of neurology of our hospital were selected,and the patients were divided into a study group (n=51) and a control group (n=51) using a random number table method.The control group adopted the routine nursing pathway of PICC under the guidance of B-ultrasound,and the study group adopted the modified PICC catheterization CNP under the guidance of B-ultrasound.The success rate of a puncture,the catheterization time,the healing of the puncture point,the number of dressing changes in one week,and the incidence of complications during catheter indwelling were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of a puncture in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the catheter placement time was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The puncture point healing rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The number of dressing changes in one week after puncture was fewer than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications after PICC catheterization in the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modified PICC catheterization CNP in neurological spastic paralysis patients can effectively improve the success rate of a puncture,facilitate the healing of the puncture point,reduce the incidence of PICC complications,and improve the quality of care.
