静脉留置针在护士工作效率的临床效果观察

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of intravenous indwelling on the working efficiency of nurses.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,120 patients with postoperative nasal polyps in our hospital were divided into observation group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases) by the random number table method.In the observation group,intravenous indwelling needle infusion was used,while in the control group,disposable steel needle infusion was used.The working efficiency,patients′ negative psychology and patients′ nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous indwelling needle infusion can improve nurses′ working efficiency,patients′ nursing satisfaction and reduce patients′ negative psychology and other adverse consequences,which is worthy of clinical application.
