针灸联合超短波、中频电治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave and medium frequency electrotherapy in the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders. Methods A total of 82 patients with temporomandibular joint disorders who were admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects and divided into treatment group and control group according to randomized double blind method,with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture, and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave and medium frequency electrotherapy. The clinical efficacy, maximum active month opening, degree of clicking of joint and pain degree were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment for 10 d, the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment for 10 d, the maximum active month opening of treatment group was larger than that of control group, and the degree of clicking of joint in treatment group was slighter than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment for 10 d, the scores of visual analogue scale (VAS) in treatment group at rest state, at the end of month opening and on chewing were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave and medium frequency electrotherapy in treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders can effectively improve the maximum month opening, decrease the degree of clicking of joint and pain, which has better clinical efficacy.
