Application effect of Flurbiprolol Ester combined with Propofol in painless transvaginal oocyte retrieval |

Abstract Objective To observe the aapplication effect of Flurbiprolol Ester combined with Propofol in painless transvaginal oocyte retrieval. Methods A total of 60 patients in Family Planning Hospital of Guangdong Province from October to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into Flurbiprolol Ester combined with Propofol group (group F, n=30) and Propofol group (group B, n=30) according to the random number table method.The total amount of Propofol, the total time duration of anesthesia, the total time of operation, the total amount of Propofol supplementation, the number of intraoperative body movements, postoperative abdominal pain and postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total amount of Propofol, the total amount of Propofol supplementation in the group F were lower than those in the group B, with statistical differences (P<0.05). The total time duration of anesthesia in the group F was shorter than that in the group B, with statistical difference (P<0.05). The number of intraoperative body movements (10.0%), postoperative abdominal pain (6.7%) and incidence of adverse events (23.3%) in the group F were lower than those in the group B (23.3%, 16.7%, 46.7%), with statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Applicationc effect of Flurbiprolol Ester combined with Propofol in painless transvaginal oocyte retrieval is a relatively safe and effective method to reduce the total dosage of Propofol, the total amount of Propofol added, the body movement and respiratory inhibition, the incidence of postoperative abdominal pain,and shortening the patient waking hours
