丹参注射液联合硫酸镁注射液治疗妊娠期高血压的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Danshen Injection combined with Magnesium Sulfate Injection in gestational hypertension (HDCP). Methods A total of 134 patients with HDCP in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected as research objects and divided into observation group (n=67) and control group (n=67) by random number table method. The control group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate Injection, and the observation group was treated with Salvia Injection combined with Magnesium Sulfate Injection. The course of treatment was 10 days. The indexes of blood pressure (systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and mean arterial pressure), 24-hour urinary protein content, delivery outcomes and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure and 24-hour urinary protein content in the two groups were lower than before treatment (P＜0.05). After treatment, the levels of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure and 24-hour urinary protein content in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The delivery outcome in the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the complications incidences of postpartum hemorrhage,contractility, premature babies and intrauterine distress were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Danshen Injection combined with Magnesium Sulfate Injection could control blood pressure and urinary protein in patients with HDCP, improve the natural delivery rate, and help improve pregnancy complications.
